The Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Education, Pankshin (FUEP), Hon. Funsho Ekundayo Olumoko, FNIMN, PhD, has met with the State Pastor of Living Faith Church, Lokoja, Kogi State, Pastor Olajumoke Israel, during a trade fair organised at the church.
Pastor Israel, who also serves as Board Chairman of House of Destiny (HOD), was exhibiting products at the event when the encounter took an interesting turn.
During their conversation, Hon. Olumoko discovered that Pastor Israel was behind the supply of electric tricycles, popularly known as Keke, to the Federal University of Education, Pankshin.
The tricycles were also showcased at the trade fair, creating an unexpected connection between the exhibition and the University’s operations.
Hon. Olumoko, who expressed satisfaction with the quality of the tricycles supplied to the Institution, emphasised the importance of reliability and value in Institutional procurement.
The discovery came as a surprise to the FUEP Pro-Chancellor, who had not previously known that Pastor Israel was the promoter behind the supply.
The encounter underscored the role of trade fairs in facilitating business networking, promoting products and creating opportunities for professional connections across different sectors.

Beyond the exhibition of goods and services, the meeting provided an opportunity for the two personalities to exchange ideas and recognise a shared Institutional and business connection.
What began as an encounter at a church trade fair ultimately became a moment of professional recognition, highlighting how business relationships and Institutional engagements can intersect in unexpected ways.
