The APC Senatorial Flag Bearer for Plateau Central Senatorial District, Chief Hon. David Barji, joined party leaders, dignitaries, and polo enthusiasts at the APC Chairman’s Solidarity Polo Tournament held at the Jos Polo Club in honour of the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe.

The tournament, organised by Senator Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, brought together APC faithful and prominent personalities to celebrate the National Chairman’s outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s democratic journey and his visionary leadership within the ruling party.

The event showcased the enduring values of polo—teamwork, discipline, resilience, excellence, and sportsmanship—while emphasising their importance in promoting national development, unity, and peaceful coexistence.

Beyond the thrilling matches, the tournament provided an avenue for strengthening relationships, fostering harmony, and reinforcing the spirit of unity among party members and the wider community.

Speaking with journalists at the event, Chief Hon. David Barji commended the organisers for honouring Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe, describing him as a father figure and an exceptional leader whose dedication and unwavering commitment to the growth of the APC and the progress of Nigeria have earned him widespread respect.

Barji noted that the recognition was well deserved, adding that Prof. Nentawe’s exemplary leadership continues to inspire confidence, unity, and renewed commitment among party faithful across the country.
