Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Crystal Palace winger, Michael Olise and Juventus defender, Gelson Bremer in the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils are expected to open the exit door for quite a number of players as they aim to for a massive rebuild ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Following United’s victory over Newcastle on Wednesday night, both Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial bid farewell to the home crowd at Old Trafford last week. Other players, like Casemiro and Sofyan Amrabat-who is not likely to sign a long-term contract with the Red Devils-will probably follow.
Before the summer transfer window opens, Olise has been strongly linked to United following a lackluster season for wingers Marcus Rashford and Antony under Erik ten Hag.
Both players may depart in the summer in order to make room for Olise’s signing, according to recent rumors.
United’s top summer targets are to sign a new center-back and winger. According to GiveMeSport, the Red Devils are reportedly targeting Bremer and Olise.
Olise had hamstring problems the entire season, but when fit, he was excellent for Palace. The French winger played in just 19 Premier League games this season, but he contributed 16 goals.
Olise formed a front three with Eberechi Eze and Jean-Philippe Mateta that was problematic for best defences in the league.
The Red Devils’ target for the future is still to sign Juventus center back Bremer. And they “appreciate” the idea of doing so.
As they try to bolster the team in other areas, according to Corriere dello Sport, Juventus are expected to let the Brazilian go this summer for £51 million.
