Bayern Munich defender Alphonso Davies has opened up about his life behind closed doors.
On a Twitch stream, the Canadian international admitted that he has been living a lonely life in a clip that has gone viral on social media.
The footballer spoke to his Twitch subscribers on his ‘thatboydavies19’ Twitch channel.
“I don’t have a family and my girlfriend doesn’t live with me, I am alone. I have like five friends. I am a loser.”
The left-back moved from MLS side Vancouver to Bayern Munich in 2019.
He noted that footballers at one point or another suffer mental health issues as they move from one country to another.
