NiMet forecasts 3-days of sunlight and haze starting on Monday.

From Monday through Wednesday, the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) forecasts sunshine and haze.

The North and the North Central area were expected to see bright and hazy conditions on Monday, according to NiMet’s weather outlook announced on Sunday in Abuja.

Over the inland cities of the South, it called for gloomy skies with brief periods of sunshine in the morning.

It also mentioned the possibility of isolated thunderstorms in the evening over parts of the states of Edo, Abia, Ondo, Ekiti, Imo, and Enugu.

The morning hours are likely to be cloudy over the coastal cities, with a small probability of isolated thunderstorms across sections of Cross River, Akwa Ibom, and Bayelsa state.

In some areas of the states of Rivers, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Lagos, and Delta, isolated thunderstorms are likely.
