22 years have passed since UNSCR 1325 on WPS was adopted.

It’s been 22 years since the adoption of UNSCR 1325 on women, peace, and security. The Nigerian government’s third national action plan on women, peace, and security is being developed, and the minister of women’s affairs is conducting a media briefing and launching a national technical working committee. This occasion gives us a chance to consider the accomplishments, difficulties, and lessons learned.
