The Lagos State Police Command has arrested five notorious robbery suspects terrorising Agege Under bridge area of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.
Operatives of the Lagos Rapid Response Squad (RRS) arrested the robbers on Thursday around 10:30pm acting on credible intelligence.
The police, in a statement said the suspects had been harassing and dispossessing passersby of their valuables at Agege Under the Bridge.

The suspects are: Akeem Alabi (30), Toba Bolu (20), Abah Abdullahi (35), Sulaiman Mohammed (32) and Yusuf Alabi (30).
The Commander of RRS, CSP Olayinka Egbeyemi stated that there would be more sting operations in the area to eliminate robbery incidents.
The Commander, acting on the directives of the Commissioner of Police CP Adegoke Fayoade, had directed that the suspects be charged to court immediately.
