At least eleven countries have confirmed their spots in the Round of 16 at the ongoing FIFA Women’s World Cup in New Zealand and Australia.
England, Denmark, Netherlands and the United States progressed from their respective groups following Tuesday’s fixtures.
The likes of Japan, Nigeria, Australia and Spain are already through to the Round of 16.
Also, Norway and Switzerland progressed to the Round of 16 after topping the table in Group A.
However, Sweden has already qualified after two matches, as they currently top Group G with six points and only need a draw against Argentina on Wednesday to guarantee the top spot in the group.
